Breaking down stigma starts with sufferers speaking out. The more people talk about and humanize their disorders, the more attention and support the community receives. That’s why we’re encouraging sufferers, loved ones of sufferers, mental health professionals and mental health advocates to share their stories with us. We want to hear about and share your OCD experiences.

The guidelines are simple. We recommend that contributed articles be between 350-550 words. They can cover a wide range of topics: personal journeys, experiences with treatment, stories about stigma and so on.
